Les Licences Ouvertes

Lors de la création d'une oeuvre de l'esprit, il est important de bien définir sous quelle licence celle-ci sera diffusée.

Le mieux serait d'aller voir du côté de la page Wikipedia sur les licences ouvertes pour survoler toutes les licences existantes et en choisir une en connaissance de cause.

Nous avons néanmoins sélectionné 4 types de licences, licence Creative Commons (2 versions différentes), licence GPL et licence BSD, qui sont toutes 4 des licences ouvertes permettant leur libres rediffusions. Celles-ci sont classées de la plus "protectrice" des droits de l'auteur original (pas de modification), vers la plus permissive (possibilité de modification de l'oeuvre, sans restriction, si ce n'est de garder le nom de l'auteur original). À noter que dans les licences Creative Commons, il est possible également de permettre la modification et / ou l'utilisation commerciale de l'oeuvre. Vous pouvez donc utiliser et modifier ces modèles pour présenter de façon claire la licence pour vos jeux.

Nous avons inclus dans les fichiers des bibliothèques Inform 6 en français un outil pour choisir automatiquement une de ces licences.
